Adulting

Okay so I have an emotionally abusive dad who doesn't give a fuck about my feelings or mental health. I have a friend who uses me as a venting outlet to complain about her life and her problems, but when I try talking about my feelings or problems she finds a way to direct the topic towards her. And I don't know why I'm feeling hurt, now that she has been distancing herself from me. I am basically her therapist friend. I don't know if I should cut her off because she and I have a lot of mutual friends. On top of all that, I don't feel like I can mount up to anything. I have been feeling super unmotivated and stupid and dumb and lonely. I have always been the 'therapist' for all my friends but for once, I wish someone would take my feelings into account the way I take theirs.

Tears for cement to hold it all together 
Decaying ivy for a garden 
Echoes of laughter for music to dance at a party
Where I’m the only one invited
I’ve got your t-shirt for a closet
Our conversations for meals

And my anticipation for a clock
I’ve got your promises for foundation
And now I wonder why our house is tumbling down?
Why is it crashing on the ground?

(This is for someone who I lost , I don’t even know if I should mourn him because he went missing. I think the hardest part is not knowing if he’ll ever come back or if he is even alive , but I wait , I wait every single day for him to return and stand in front of me and tell me that he’s safe)


Everyday! Same promise! Same struggles! Same feelings! Hard to go beyond it. How hard one may try , one would end up in the same scene again. Bad habits kills the soul out of you.  While working on it, it takes a lot of time to see slightest of improvement. Also there is a fair chance of relapse. You would work on few days with josh to undo the wrong doings. Agin falling in the trap for infinity no. Of time.s
