3am Thoughts

Going through some changes in my life, in career, and really in a confused place where I am doubting everything I have done for the past 10 years, where has it brought me. These things are weighing on my mind and affecting my relationship also, I am not able to control my emotions, I am always irritated, get angry on small things and cry for hours over menial things. It is draining me everyday not being able to control my emotions. I used to self harm but have been clean for the past 10 years, but I don't know why nowadays whenever I am overwhelmed with emotions my mind goes towards thoughts of self harm. I don't want to go to that place again, I don't want to buy I am feeling like it is the only way to calm down myself
I don't know what to do

Overthinking

Scared of life 😭 some people around me are getting married, some are in relationship and roaming around places and enjoying life. Here i am trying to forget the trauma after having 2 slipper shot heartbreaks. All i am doing is working  as a donkey in IT Sector for 12 hours and suffering with insomnia whole night. Its 2 am here seeing my friends stories and worrying about life where it is taking me and what future has for me. I too want to enjoy the life like others in my age are enjoying. Here am waiting for my bf to come back and love me again. Also my pcos is frustrating me. I want to make my life and health better . I just don’t know where to start. Can someone please give some positive vibes

I have heart palpitations, possibly because of anxiety. But i feel like i can't tell anyone about it. I talked to my mom once but she ignored it. Ps. My family is very anti talking about mental health, to the point that even i don't feel comfortable because of it.
When i have these, it's really difficult to live with. But when i don't everything feels normal and calm. And i don't think i need any sort of help at all. And i think that it's all in my head. 

Why am I not myself when I’m sober? Why do I need to be fucked to be happy? Why do I need a cross-fade to feel free? 
Every day from August til yesterday I was sober and it was the worst I’ve felt in years. 
If I’m sober I’m so depressed I can’t get up. I finally have a goal, I finally don’t want to die. Why do I have to be destined to a life of depravity?

Motivation

I have OCD with intrusive thoughts… I took therapy for the same and it has been a while … I thought I would understand what I am going through without the help of a therapist for some time. And today .. My ocd was related to compulsive masturbation and feeling guilty about it later … But today I thought of dealing with it differently. Usually I get soo stressed about my life and started it as an escape and then one day it became a compulsion to an extent that every minor inconvenience I face in life I would do it. And I was soo dependent on it for sometime. But through therapy I started to understand why I have this OCD in the first place . So cutting to today  what happened was I convinced my mind not to worry after the deed is done and instead I would enjoy myself without feeling bad about it and at the same time I would dit and deal with my problem peacefully… cause problems never stop . And at the same time I cant ruin masturbation for myself. Like I cant associate doing it as a taboo. So I hope this approach works . Today it kinda worked… I have little guilt and I cooked my favourite food after that instead of studying. Thats ADHD … 🥹

Lately, I have been feeling like a failure. I have had anxiety issues again, no it's been days I am not able to breathe properly, people around me are doing so much in their lives, and here I am who can't handle pressure, I have started hating myself again, this time it is not the looks, but worse than that that is what kind of person I am? I will be 21, what have I done in my life till now, I don't even know how to do the household chores properly, I am still living with my parents, I feel as if I am a burden on them, sometimes I do feel like that I deserve nothing because I haven't done anything. I have never felt so miserable in life as I am feeling today. I am not able to concernterate on anything.
