Suddenly remembered a traumatizing incident... 
A so called 'best friend' of mine said she was prettier than me and she always tried to outshine me in anything we did together... She thought how could an ugly person like me could have a boyfriend... It's true that I do not have one but it is my choice not to... She thinks of herself as the prettiest human, but for me she is the ugliest girl i've ever met who just knows how to mock someone for their insecurities..  To make someone feel bad or less than her... Why are people so bad with me? She's now dating a person she thought I had a crush on maybe just to feel superior... But I never even knew him... Like I m not a person to fall for someone just by looking at their face... 
It still makes me upset... My heart feels heavy

Confusion

Idk how many breakdowns i had today. Feels so unreal to see myself like this again. Im just overwhelmed with all the things happening in school rn. Its too much. Too much stress. Im almost near in giving up. Imagine my school gave us (premed course) 7 major subjects 2 minor subjects in a week with only 1 hr vacant in a week but guess what they get the only time we have for ourselves. Our teachers would get mad at us if we message them after school hours bc its disrespectful for them bc its their personal time but they message us students at night or even at dawn, we, students need some time respect too. I almost near in dropping out of school for a year because i couldnt take how my subjects are tiring and also teachers would even embarrassed you even if u said the right thing. I wanna stop school for a year but that would upset my parents.

Now&Me Thinks

I am an over thinker. I may not react but I notice every single thing and they get stuck in my mind for a long time and my brain keeps analysing and interpreting them. First few hours my brain goes on thinking negative like what all was wrong about what they said or did, trying to figure out their hidden agenda. My mind goes on believing whatever they said was out of wrong intention and what might be the reason behind it. My brain keeps thinking about it until the feeling fades away and is capable of accepting the validation from outside that nothing is wrong. But at the same time, a part of my brain tries to look for the positive to ease the situation and lessen the burden. Sometimes I try to pretend everything is fine and it’s merely a misunderstanding and misinterpretation. Still the more I try to get rid of it, the more it affects me. My mind is always preoccupied with things I can’t control. It exhausts itself in overanalysing things. It hits me even more because somewhere inside I think about myself like that making me even more vulnerable to what they say. I need somebody to help me out in this. 

Overthinking

hey guys! i am studying English lit at a level and one of my teachers had been very unwell and had been admitted to hospital at the start of lockdown. she set one essay to do, i emailed her and asked if there was a specific time for when this was due. she said no. i decided that i would crack on with immediate work rather than stressing over this essay. now she is well and back setting us work. she asked for the essay and i said yeah of course ill hand it in to you tomorrow. i had lost all the work that i had started and had to do it all again. i was now stressing because everyone else had finished it and i hadnt. i couldnt ask for help now because she was already pissed off at me. anyways i decided to get some help online and without even realising, i had copied quite a lot of their thoughts. i didnt think anything of it at the time as i just wanted it done. i now feel like shit. she has just sent me an email baso saying youve plagiarised and this is really seriously. youre in trouble and i dont want you to ever do it again. im super scared now. i have massively fucked up. i have never plagiarised before and i dont really understand it. we have prefect interviews coming up in 2 weeks and now i think i have put that in jeopardy. feel like such a shit person right now, honestly hate it when teachers are ashamed of you
