Sit with the thoughts, when you have the strength write them on your notebook or notes on your phone.
It’ll pass. Write the reasons why live and why not
And make sure to write everything
It’ll help you remember this is going to pass. Just like the good times. Just like the sun rises and sets, so does the graph of our life.
And if you can, get therapy. Get a good therapist or psycologist. And stick to one who you feel like is understanding and helpful for your case. It might take some tries, you might feel defeated as well. We’re human and expect goodness etc from ourselves. Make sure to not be too hard on yourself, we all don’t get it right all the time.
