Soo umm it’s not much of a major issue but it makes me really stressed. Well I am a neet aspirant and my schedule is really tiring during the day specially in the evening cuz of classes. And no matter how much I try I am unable to wake up early. Can I get some tips on how can I fix my biological clock and try ro wake early inthe morning like around 5-6am also ik 6-7 hours of sleep is a must but that way I wouldn’t be able to complete my assignments. I am just soo confused.

It’s not just any exam…I am talking abt med school entrance exam. I really wanna get into medicine so yeh sometimes I find it hard to cope up with things 😢
