So I recently got to know that my friend thinks that it was toxic of me to not reply to her texts when I was actually struggling with stress and anxiety myself. And I was staying away from the social media for a few days. We live far away from eachother. So I don't know what to do? I was finding it too hard to adjust to life in a different city 

Confusion

You are bound to make mistakes, fall down, and get hurt, and it's gonna happen many times, you may even repeat the same mistakes again and again. But all you have to do is get up and start running. Take pride that you have made mistakes and you have learned from them, every step that you take be it small or big or whatever, it matters. 

Motivation

Hii everyone, I'm juts feeling too stressed about the amount of studying I have to do, I have my exams in Nov and I'm third prof MBBS. And the worst part is that I don't feel like studying, I really just don't. I procrastinate and then I got more stressed and it's loop and I got distracted so easily. And I feel about myself later on. And my soon to be boyfriend is going to be in the city soon and I want to spend time with him and study and go college 8-4. It's so much I'm feeling stressed. And not doing my work.

Work

How to deal with the feeling of being left out, when nobody is there to listen to you, when you so badly want to be understood but people behave like you are boring and annoying. Why did I even let them in my life if they can't do the bare minimum

Anger Issues

How is it possible that you can be so kind to everyone and be there for everyone help them take care of them yet no one will do the same for, instead they treat you as though you are the dirt under their boot until they need something. I'm tired of being the dirt I want help and care I want the kindness that I give
