Sometimes the best thing you can do to yourself is let go of certain people or friends in your life who are toxic, not constant and always make you second-guess yourself WHILE ACTING LIKE THEY THINK THE BEST FOR YOU. Losing attachment for such people is what’s needed.

Sometimes it’s hard to understand the signs , that they are toxics , I often find myself questioning my own self that am I the wrong one ? Am I being paranoid ?
