sometimes it gets the better of you. you’ve spent so much time with that person, that things, patterns remind you of them. And as strong as you may seem, they’ve broken you . and sometimes the hurt comes across and that’s okay. i think i should be allowed to feel bad about things once in a blue moon.

i agree, you don’t always have to strive to be happy. just accept a bad day, cry it out, move tf on. i think

True, bad things come to everyone. Just be strong and positive enough to handle them with care. Don’t over think about the things and try to forget them early as much as you can. Motivate yourself towards better future.
