Sometimes I’ll stay awake at night cause so many thoughts are running around. Other times I end up crying over trauma from the past. It sucks! Heck I’ll be on call sometimes and crying, but the other person wouldn’t even have a clue. I don’t like to express my sadness because some how I know the other person will only end up making me more upset. It’s such bs. 🤷🏽♀️
