These period cramps!! They suck! Girls please give tips how to reduce them.

Im a boy and always think about periods and its products. I think to use Sanitary Napkins and cloth pads to experience the same.Whether its natural to think like this?

To my girls with painful, soul killing cramps, take it easy. Its just a week of your life. Your main priority should be to make yourselves as comfortable as possible. And people around you should respect your space and comfort. Keep yourself surrounded by soft cuddly things, eat what you want and drink warm liquids. Take your medication, if needed or that hot water bottle, take naps, try to really relax and enjoy by taking it really slow and mellow.

I am missing my periods since 2-3 months now 
I also have some symptoms related to PCOS but before believing that needed to consult any expert about this....
Having headaches (that's normal for me now as it happens from 2-3 years now)

Gained some weight (3-4 kgs)

I think there is also lack of haemoglobin but I don't know if it matters for missing my periods or not...

Little excessive unwanted hair growth....

I was supposed to get my periods by today. I am just worried about getting pregnant. I am super stressed. 

I was supposed to get my periods on 27th April, now I'm experiencing a bloated stomach because of late periods, should i take med to get my periods?? Someone told me about some med but I'm scared * and no I'm not pr*gnant*
