Sometimes I think our future generations never get marry and they want to live alone, travel, music and they get very supportive parents they are very lucky generation ( my random thought if u don't like it then completely ignores it)

Growing Up

I dated someone years ago, they were my first "love". Lately I have learned that I had a trauma bond with this person, not love. We were friends and dated twice during high school and the start of college. Of course my parents hated him and fought with everything for us not to be together. Finally I ended it do to lying and mistrust. YEARS have pasted, over 3, and I still often think of him. Not always in a loving or romantic way, sometimes yes, but mainly just as a person. This is a person who hurt me significantly and someone I don't wish to have in my heart and mind. How can I get them out fully? Why hasn't time helped?

Hey guys! I need help:)
* So I'm an introvert and i barely have 3 friends. I'M in 12th grade. For now let's take my friends name as Eve, Ella, Chloe. So I'm not too close to Ella and Chloe. During pandemic Me and Eve became close and she became my bestfriend. i realized that i love being alone. We didn't have colleges due to covid. I was enjoying the holydays. Suddenly online classes and exams started ruining everything, I started getting anxiety, I used to feel low for no reasons at all. I did have one bestfriend from my school but she wouldn't understand about mental health. She doesn't believe in depression. I didn't have anyone to share things. So i started telling these things to Eve she helped during this tough times. She also suggested few bands , songs which helped me a lot. I considered her as my bestfriend because i had found a friend who would understand my problems and considered me their priority but i was wrong.
She kinda used me for studies for notes. She doesn't reply to my text even if she is online she replies after like 5 hr. But i reply immediately even though i tried to control this but i couldn't . At the beginning i thought i was overthinking but yesterday i understood that she never considered me as her bestfriend .I was one of her friends. Yesterday i was checking her instagram profile and she posted Ella's pic in her highlights even but i wasn't there in any of her highlights. I really felt bad💔. I was hurt.  So i decided to distance myself but idk I've no friends*😭😭

Honestly, people enjoy my company.. 
They always say, that you are good, you are this, you are that, bla bla... 

They actually likes to spend time with me. BUT WHAT ABOUT ME? I don't like to spend time with most of them, but it looks like I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE, or maybe I'M FORCED... 

And with the people I wanna spend time.. I'm so scared to even ask for it!!!

Today I came to my friends house whom I always wanted to visit but then the whole day I found my eyes filled with tears...lucky enough not to be caught ....I really feel my heart is going to explode ....
