Growing Up

I sense a lot of isolation and loneliness in our world
Today. We are all happy at the surface or showing happiness, I sometimes really wonder just where is our happiness getting absorbed? Why are we letting it sink away?

Confusion

If anyone does a thing, even a small thing for you just to make you happy.  Don't ever leave them. 

Protect them at all costs. Try to make them happy too. The world only spins round from such energy.

Generally we feel happy when we do things that uplifts our mood. We have different hobbies which soothes our mind. I have two simple hobbies of reading books and playing cricket. Both help me to relax. With former I am trying to reconnect and the later one helps me to let out my frustration. Also when today we are hooked to smartphones this kinda hobbies can help us to get break from virtual world which is very necessary. I have  realized that spending alone times  doing our hobbies relieve us from stress. If we ever feel so dull in life they are our alternate choice. So just we have to uplift our mood.

During the journey of life, man has to face many difficulties and problems. But by making happiness a part of his life, man can win the battle of life with a smile.
