The feeling of burden can vary from time to time which is why itโ€™s natural to feel it. However you can take simple steps to put your mind at ease.
The moment you think itโ€™s getting too much remind yourself to push the pause button. You donโ€™t have to do outdo yourself and make an effort to pamper yourself. Not sure whatโ€™s bothering you but sure that you will find a way. Just go easy on yourself.

Oh yeah. Through some of the friendships I formed over time and exited toxic oneโ€™s I realised letting go is best. Donโ€™t hold on to things that hurt you or you donโ€™t have control on.

Better to invest time,energy,patience where you either get a happy feeling or feel respected.
