Someone broke up with me three months ago. He already is in a relationship/speaking to someone else(infact right after we broke up). Is this a rebound relationship? Will he ever regret it? Funny thing is, there's nothing to explain how I feel what I feel.

What's there to talk about? 
You wanna talk about how I wanna end my life? The procedure? How I prepare myself for it? The tools I need? 
You wanna talk about the nothing-things that I cried over every night? My unfinished thoughts, my emptiness. 

"So I cried over nothing yesterday, it was cool. I just feel sad over nothing. Just...?" I can't even finish my sentences. 

Don't tell me to relax, don't tell me to stop thinking about it. 
It's not gonna go away just like that. No.

How awkward is it when someone you're not particularly close to adds you to their close friends list on Instagram 💀🤲 then you contemplate whether it'd be actually okay to watch their close friends story and whether you should add em to yours 😭

Currently very tensed. Had a breakup 3months ago. He isn’t reciprocating well. I tried enough. Maybe cuz of familg issues he is hidding his feelings. I don’t knw whether he still misses me the same. I m nt being abl to focus on anything.

14yr old here,just looking for some healthy coping mechanisms for suicidal thoughts/ideation!!! 

So,over the past 3 and a half years I’ve been feeling extremely isolated from everyone around me,especially at school. Now, I have managed to make a few friends irl, but I’ve only just became friends with them quite recently and I don’t want to drive them away or feel like a burden. I can’t talk to my parents due to them being extremely awful parents,they are terrible at communicating with me and my siblings,they won’t let me talk about my emotions towards them,they think my opinions are always invalid and wrong, they won’t let me wear the things I want to wear (which are not inappropriate btw) and won’t accept me for who I am (a trans boy). They are also really sexist and don’t believe in mental illness or therapy. I obviously can’t get a therapist due to lack of parental consent,and having no money/job. I’ve been trying to cope with my situation as long and as healthy as possible, but nothing really seems to work out well for me. I could really use some help!!! (Also feel welcome to mention any  FREE therapy that does adolescence)
