Hii everyone, it's been a year of my breakup and I am still hurting but I am done being miserable. I have decided to use these last 30 days of 2021 to upgrade myself physically, mentally and emotionally. I am a 24 years old medicine student studying in foreign, currently at home. Please give me some ideas to fix myself and move on.

i’m in a situation where i feel like i don’t belong, i may have friends and family members to talk to about my feelings but they wouldn’t understand how i feel so i jus keep them locked away until i can’t hold it anymore, im only 15 and i jus hate they way i am, the way i look, they way i do things, i fucking hate everything abt myself, friends and family call out my appearance and the way i dress, and the way i do things, but don’t worry it’s just a “joke” i don’t know how to fix myself at all… i may have a good life but at the end of the day i jus feel sad and angry at myself.

I regrate being alive, I want to scream at the top of my lungs and let all my pain go away...

Hello, My name is Alex.

I'm 12, I don't know if I'm of age to be on this site, but i just wanted to talk, I don't think i'm depressed but i'm 100% not happy. I'm socially anxious, insecure and stressed. My parents have just had a divorce and i'm never going to see my mum again. I've not went out all summer i've just been sleeping, watching stuff on netflix and sleeping. I have self harmed in the past and I've had plenty suicidal thoughts. I'm a loner i have 2 or 3 friends, I'm really wanting someone to talk to that actually cares, that is here for me, don't think this is "just a phase" or anything, It's not. I think I'm depressed, This is dragging me down and I'm not happy anymore, whenever someone asks "are you okay", i have to lie about being fine, i fake smiles i fake happiness i don't want to be faking this all anymore, I don't want therapy because it'll make my family sad knowing I'm sad. I feel empty on the inside any happy emotions i put out are fake, i have no energy i'm going to end up killing myself, nobody checks up on me and nobody will, it's making me sad, when someone asks "how are you" i can't just say "i'm doing shitty" or "i'm not happy" i don't have a reason to not be happy it's been like this since i was ten, please help i can't continue like this. I'm posting this anonymously in case a family member sees this somehow. Thank you for reading this.

I'm also heavily insecure over my body i stay in hoodies and i'm always wearing a mask so i don't have to see my face i have no self esteem nor self confidence.

Social Anxiety

Ughhhhhhh......man. Taking it one day at a time. Switching back and forth, multiple times a day, from wanting to live and try to wanting to give up because what's really the point. I don't think people understand just how much living to have "fun" means nothing. There are people in the world who are abused everyday, and the people who aren't abused as much or have better mental health or are in better situations should want to help them. Of course we want and need fun so we won't drown in the darkness but people forget there's more to life than fun. Yall really need to help others, If you don't really want to genuinely better the life's of other people who NEED it, then your selfish. And selfishness is evil and I can't even wrap my brain around the want to live solely for the purpose to have fun.

Low key wanna die. Not because I'm depressed or tired or exhausted (which I am), but because I'm a horrible person. Like, I'm not kidding, I might end up in jail for murder (I haven't killed anyone, don't panic), I don't know how much of this shit I can endure, my dad is an idiot pedophile, my mom thinks I should be quiet about everything that happens to me and no I can not say anything to them or else I'll get punished, I have 3 voices/people in my head that are telling me to murder others or hurt myself and honestly it's very tempting, it's like a magnet attracts metal yk. 
I know i'm probably not gonna try to kill myself again, but that only makes me hurt myself even more and I feel like I'm going crazy every single day...
