Read aloud, always read aloud. Observe how you pronounce words, work on improving your R’s and T’s. Search for pronounciation on the web all the time.
And what about grammar because i do a lot of sentence mistakes and i also can speak it properly

Grammar is vast buddy. You need to read for that. Look when you are reading you can understand the structure of a sentence how a particular noun, verb, adjective, figure of speech etc etc are used. You can get the basic knowledge from newspaper itself. If you wanna improve your grammar, you need books like Wren and Martin and to improve vocabulary you may need like how to make word power easy by Norman Lewis

Listen to English radio channels, BBC radio 1 is available online, basically watch people talk to each other. That should help a lot! Good luck!
