3am Thoughts

I feel sad, lonely and full of anxiety. 
I'm alone, away from family, don't have friends. Trying to move on from a past relationship. I don't have anyone to talk to or be my self with. 

Mental Health

I think I have been flattered too much like people say something good about mee and I am done I will be on seven heaven but then that things start killing mee . Soo may be I have stopped that now whatsoever I listen from one ear and from the next it's out. Now actually I have started understanding the game people are playing . The art of saying noo is difficult but not impossible . But the noo should have a reason may be that's ur mental peace . In my opinion if u are worthy enough of helping others keeping urself at mental peace u are doing a great job . 

Personal Growth

10 years and still same he is my best friend, he sleeps with me  he pray for me, wish for me to have a good life but deny getting married to me he cannot give me any reason .. can some one please help me why? I cannot control myself anymore feels ending myself will be worth.

Lord, there are so many ppl who are in need of your grace. I wabted to help them pray to you to please grant them your blessing to get what they worked hard for. To Kuya Romeo, who is working for his path to Canada. To Melchor who really wanted to go home and spend the holidays with his family. To Samantha, who's busy trying to find growth and always make way for her family. Now she's heading the building of their house. To Inay, who wanted to feel loved by a partner. To Arra who wanted to feel valued. To Au, trying to survive each day by distracting himself on making Tiktok videos and sharing affirmative quotes. To Jay, who is living for 'what-it-is' and not 'what-could-have-been'. To Carlo, for his silent battles that needs companion although I know that I'm just a distraction to him so not to feed his overthinking mind. To Tita, I hope graduating in NCII help her achieve and provide for her family. To Lola, I hope we can share more time with her before you get her. To Kuya, trying to make a living by entering the adulting world. And to Mama, I know she's tired and we're not enough but I pray she learns how to forgive to lighten her burdens. Lord, in your grace I pray this. Thank you!
