Some basic sleeping tips:
1.Create a consistent sleep schedule 2.Limit screen time before bed
3.Keep your bedroom dark
4.Avoid caffeine and heavy meals close to bedtime.
5.Establishing a bedtime routine can also signal to your body that it’s time to wind down. (Which should be practiced every day)
But what if after following all these steps, our overthinking is not stopping??? What should we do for those thoughts?
