So what does Astral Projection feel like?
There are yogis who say it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but still one can reach that level of achievement with dedication and proper learning.
Whereas there are some other experienced people but not yogis who term it saying anyone can achieve it at ease or maybe after a lot of practice.
So has anyone experienced it?
I’m a beginner and really want to dedicate myself to experiencing Astral Projection

It’s just thing of vibration once you start feeling vibration u can do it and yes please practice under supervision if you lost your connection with your physical body it will be very hard to be back

I don’t know exact teacher but mine was spiritual spining i have that teacher who was studying astro physics
