So umm I think I like my girl best friend a lot since a very long time now, and I’ve got no clue if she feels the same. We both are bi and have discussed about it a lot of times, but I’m 70% sure that she’s still into her ex boyfriend. I don’t know if I should tell her about my feelings or just suppress it, we’ve been friends for 13years now and i don’t want to lose her.

You should totally tell her. If she doesn’t feel the same way and she’s really your friend she’ll try to understand and won’t let it ruin what you already have. And what if she likes you too? There’s always a good what-if to situations too! :)
