So this things ask how I am feeling today?
I wish I knew how was feeling more than that i wish I could explain how I am feeling
The hardest thing lately has been to explain how I feel. How I feel about the day or myself or people around.
I cannot say I feel nothing but what do I feel it so hard to explain how to explain the feeling where you want to cry and stop crying at the same time ,how to explain the struggle behind that beautiful smile of mine how to explain the fears and uncertainty under that sorted facade.
How to explain that I am so lonely that I am afraid and embarrassed to say that out loud.

If you could explain what happened in your life i can help(if you feel so)
I think you should watch adoring (Chinese film) to let all your tears out of your eyes
Once tears are out you would feel less anxious
I know you dont understand chinese but only watching subtitles can help
Initially the film is little boring but 8f you dont watch starting you won’t get it
