So there’s this guy , we started dating back in 2018 , we went to school together and he’s like two years younger to me . Since then we were off and on relationship until two years . We cannot stop talking to each other, do you think it’s toxic ? To want my future husband to be like him? Like the way he gets me and understands me? And knows me inside out? I can’t really seem to get comfortable and be as Frank as possible as much as when I’m around my ex . We are not together anymore but we talk every single day and he buys me stuff and cares for me and he can’t seem to get attracted to any girl other than me but he says that he done with dating and does not want to get back with me cause he’s scared of commitment , but for the past 5 years isn’t he indirectly committed to me??

Here’s a sad truth for you,you and me can have really good understanding,or with anyone else here,if he really loves you he won’t think about having an on and off relationship, it’s toxic , so tell him that in a positive tone and things might work …
