I understand what you’re feeling. You know, I realised a while back how important it is to detach yourself and your identity from what other people say about you. The moment you understand this, you don’t let the opinion of others affect you at all. Start with believing that you are the best version of yourself, no matter what other people say. Start with saying to yourself “I am who I am, I love myself and I won’t change for anybody” whenever you hear someone saying things about you. It’s not worth it, giving attention to such people!
