So let me tell you that i am a very short tempered person. I get so angry even its a very small thing, i talk very rudely to anyone when i am in that phase, because i just lose my senses and don’t know what i am saying.
I am in relationship, and i think my anger issues will effect it in long term, even though my partner clearly said that she doesn’t have a problem with it but i feel its bad, anyone will get irritated.
So jow yo overcome this anger issues
Meditation
Every time you’re on the verge of losing it, distance yourself. Try not saying anything. Just close your eyes, take a deep breath, walk out, calm yourself and then come back later when you feel more like yourself.
