3am Thoughts

I know that this is not a dating app😂 but still I want to write this up.
I'm 20 yrs old, never been into any relationship because I always believed in the fact that "love will find you". But after this entire pandemic I just had thoughts like what if I ll never be able to find my patner?  It's not like that I don't have friends I do have friends but my friends too have their other best friends.
I sometimes feel lonely because everyone around me is dating or talking to someone they like but then also ik that I'm not the one who will just talk to anyone to pass time.
 I want a genuine person ^_^

Why im thinking going so wrong and its unethical, i never used to like this before, am i not able to control the hormones. Why im seeing women like that, i never used to see in that way before, because of this thinking im feeling so depressed, and im hating myself how can i think like that, i thinking gone wrong, because of someone.
Im 24, im feeling this changes from 1 year onwards Because of some incidents, in my 23 years i promise i never see any girl in that way, i never want to be in any relationship so i neve talked to girls, even eye contact with them. Now my thinking gone wrong its killing me inside, thinking how i changed from character, i used to have good mindset, i enjoyed my life and used to make everyone laugh around me, now everything has changed. 
I don't what is going on my body, every situation and problem are making me weaker and weaker, in my life everyday im facing problems verbal and emotionally, i used to face before as well but at that time i used to not think about them but from 1 year im overthinking and getting hurt , feelings emotional, suicidal ideation, loneliness,  every situation making me to think deeply and im getting hurt.

An old friend of mind just placed his hand on my shoulders didnt touch me but rested  his hand on my shoulder one year ago that time me n my bf broke up n today after a year he saw that pic n he wants to breakup coz he is not ok with it, although i dobt see nothing wrong i still dont let my self be touched by anyone even side hug n i changed for him… he knows still he is angry n wants to break up… am i that wrong or is he narrow minded
