So i moved to India for studies almost 6 months ago and after that i just remember me feeling nothing like my heart feels numb all the time i feel no emotions .
And even though i am with people i feel lonely. I smile i laugh but i don’t feel it.
I don’t feel anything towards anyone neither hate nor love, nothing.
and I really thought it would get better but no. At this point i really have no will to live as well like im just like okay-ing through my life right now.
and i think it’s right time to seek help as well but at the same time i dont why i am acting the way i am and everything.
Sometimes i shiver shake and get anxious as well.

May be it’s change of location that might have triggered this. You should speak to your parents or close friend if possible about it. Do you have college friends here in India ?

I can sense that moving to India has been difficult impacting your emotions. Adjusting to a new culture is a journey, and it’s completely okay to feel the way you do. Loneliness in a new place is common, and the numbness you’re experiencing is valid. It takes courage to acknowledge these feelings, and seeking help is a powerful step toward finding understanding and connection. Remember, you’re not alone, and support is available to guide you through this challenging time.

Remember you can connect if you need professional help. Take care
