So I have constant anxiety in my relationship. I’m not over the top expressive kind of a person so obviously the person doesn’t know it that it’s so extreme.
I am heavily influenced by these social media stuff where every reel is showing people are cheating on each other if not that they don’t really like their partner still they stay in the relationship idk why.
So I’m just afraid what if the other person starts losing their feelings but chose not to say anything.
What if they start talking to someone harmlessly but eventually start hitting off with them.
What if I’ll be left alone in the end?
I’m not afraid of losing someone but more afraid of wasting my time energy & emotions.
Please do help.

You can’t control the other person, possibility of everything is always there but try to be positive and ignore overthinking.

But one thing, one golden rule to keep yourself away from painful situation is never ever compromise. Never ever means never ever. If you want time and it is obvious that a partner needs time, make sure he is giving you his presence irrespective of distance
Make sure he/she makes you feel that you are priority.

If someday you started feeling like you are an option, then probably that person already left you and only the formalities are missing like you deserve better, I lost feelings etc etc
