Wish someone gifted me a phone for myself for talking to friends and for studies. My family hides the phone so that I don't let anyone know what they do to me. I am a teen, I am feeling emotionally exhausted because of the way my family behaves to me. They don't let me even talk to my friends. They say I am doing a sin but am I? 

Child Abuse

So anyone who has anxiety can relate how nervous we get when we are asked to speak in front of random people.  With me, this gets even more difficult as I am also suffering from imposter syndrome. I am in my sophomore year of college and I was told by my brother to get some internships, to get experience and stuff. I did what he said. Applied to a whole lot of companies. My application was shortlisted and I was called for an interview from a Banglore based company. I am not a resident of Banglore so I couldn't go and had to withdraw my application. But somewhere I found myself relieved that I didn't have to speak infront of few strangers. And this is soo wrong. I mean I am never gonna get anywhere if this is what I do.. Fear. A few days later I was again shortlisted for another company and this time it was a video call interview. So I was required to attempt a test first and then go for the interview. So I started studying and I realized I do not know most of the questions. I was freaked out! I however studied the topics from which the questions were based and attempted the test. However I just couldn't get this out of my mind that I am a complete fake. And what would've happened if I directly had to go for the interview and being asked questions like this. I again was relieved that I couldn't pass the test. And how bad is this! I constantly feel that I am not ready for any job or internship and that I don't have any skill that I am perfect in. This is disrupting my sleep schedule so badly, I couldn't sleep at night thinking why am I such a loser. There is this constant feeling that I am gonna prove a disappointment to everyone and that I am good for nothing. This is sick I know but how do I get over this? How do I fight my anxiety and this imposter syndrome that I have?
