So here’s the thing. I want to be healthy and fit. I am obese and want to change myself so badly. But whenever I try to workout I just do it for 1 or 2 days and then I just stopped every time. It’s not like it happened first time. This happen every time i try to workout. I don’t know why I think that it’s not gonna help me, its not gonna change me. I am so sad that i can never change myself I just wanna do this for myself, I want to love myself. But now I feel like i can’t do anything in my life.
Plzzz help me?!!
So what do you think what is stopping from working out regularly? Laziness, body pain or anything else?
I think laziness is a factor here. But i know i can do so much better but my mind just kept telling me that this never gonna change you. You are always gonna be fat and can’t change yourself
Why don’t you start working out with your friends? That will definitely motivate you. And you do use any app for working out?
I don’t have that much friends. And I don’t use app cause I have a workout plan and I try to do that

Why u stop ? Some physical pains, issues etc or u feel less interested in working out? There are many ways to get interested urself in workouts, if that is ur problem then we can list out ways to make u feel interested in doing it
Thanku for being so nice. I don’t have any problem with having pains but I feel uninterested because my mind tells me that you can’t do this. And this not gonna change you. 😞

Happens with me as well. I have spinal issues and need exercises regularly but u know… Kya hi Hoga isse wali feeling. I tried different types exercises. Changed the type in some periods like pehle Pilates, Zumba ,etc etc ek ek week Kiya… fir dheere dheere routine me aa Gaya. Whatever happens even if u do two reps of a single exercise, just do. Don’t give up. Ek din man nahi Hoga, do din but when u will continue for Atleast three weeks things will start changing. Physically as well as mentally. Trust me. I was like chalo let’s do two squats daily, them increasd to five then added another exercise with two repetition… likewise… Try Karo. U can do this 😎
