So here is my story
A person close to me gets angry whenever he sees me and it's not even a big reason what may be the reason for this and he says don't talk to me but he still cares for me .how much time does it usually take for a person to calm down?

Is it just me or do I get so mad over the smallest things? 

Anxiety

It's frustrating and makes you feel quite anguished when you want to be angry the most.. But you don't have the right to be angry with them anyhow no matter what.

Anger Issues

Just wanted to share something, hope this helps someone like me. I have a very bad habit of reacting to things on impulse. And by reacting i mean overreacting. Getting angry/upset and this often makes it difficult for people i hang out with. What i am trying these days is refraining myself from responding when something triggers me- atleast for a minute, even leave the room if i have to (yes i have to go that extreme its pathetic) but this seemed to help me a little. I was able to calm down, come back and was able to ignore little things which would have caused a lot of drama from my end earlier. Not saying it’s perfect yet, but trying! Everyday.

How to handle anger issues ? 

I have serious anger  management issue which I want to get rid of. Because it had get me into trouble various times. I am short tempered. I seriously want to improve myself in terms of anger management.  I am failing flatly.
