So basically, I don’t want to sound like a horrible person or anything but it might come off that way. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5months now and although he’s absolutely perfect in every way possible, I simply don’t love him anymore but I have given him no signs of my change of heart.I want to breakup with him but anytime I give him a hint that I am ready to leave him he says something so nice and it makes me feel horrible.I need to breakup with him to better myself.He’s awesome but we barely know each other.What do I do?How do I break up with him?

I agree with you but its obvious the person doesnt want to hurt his feelings so I feel like them telling it to his face would cause more damage than good

But because of that you are damaging your life by just pretend ing to be good. So just tell the fact and move on . Eventually everything will settle
Just move on nicely and in a healthy way. And if don’t wanna break his heart to tell him directly then wait for an appropriate time. Be a little more patient, everything will be sorted.

May be you should have committed him before at the start of relationship about the commitment
