So a question for the ladies, when my gf is on her periods and she’s having cramps or mood swings, what am i supposed to do? How can i help her forget her cramp pain? Or help in any manner?
Just bring her fav food, chocolates, and lots and lots of ice creams. She’s lucky to have a guy who’s thinking about cheering her during her periods.

That’s so sweet of you. Every girl goes through different kind of mood swings. Maybe u can calm her, ask her if she’s craving for anything and help her with hot bag for cramps. But it’s not easy to forget the cramps. Ask her if she’d like to take a tablet. And try and pamper and comfort her.

Just be calm and patient with her…its actually different with every girl…but in any case she has mood swings, be mindful and don’t ask to many questions.
