Hi. I am very confused, currently am doing a unpaid internship, its duration is 6 months. When i notified them that i will be leaving and continue the internship they offered me a job. But after completion of the unpaid internship, after 6 months. I will be eligible to join their company payroll. Now i dont know what should o do. Should i leave or stay?

I met a guy on a dating site...things were going well for approx 2.5 months but after that we used to meet or talk only when/if he wanted to...in our last conversation he mentioned that his priorities have changed and really gave me a vibe that I am being desperate for his attention. On multiple occasions he ditched the plan of meeting me even without informing me and I was waiting and didn't even replied to my text/call. After few days he removed me from Insta and did not call me for about 20 days...then after 20 days he called me at 1 in the night I was asleep so didn't pick up next day I called he didn't pick up and not called. After few days he called again hoping to spend the night with me and just as I told him that I was out of town he said that he will talk later (which was very fishy and hurtful)..at of time i am looking for a serious relationship and not some random hookups...and twice he hung up on me after knowing that I was out of town...now from last couple of days he has been calling like non stop and i don't feel like talking to him coz now I don't feel the same for him and plus i feel that he is only treating me as an option whenever he feels lonely or have no where to go to he calls me...i don't know if I am doing right or not by not letting him enter my life again
