Often times I think and feel things I wish I didn’t.

Right now thankfully I feel more groggy than restless about that thing, those things that trigger restless thoughts and feelings. But they are there.

What’s best is to keep cool, calm, collected.

Often times it just happens that it seems as though I can’t help it to overthink and overfeel things.

I cannot, should not go there.

Working on it.

I’m okay at this moment.

its okay to not be okay at times and if you feel all confused and messed up with different thoughts at once, maybe try making notes of what and how you feel to have a better understanding about it
