I had my last break-up 3 years back and still i can't move on from her. I don't always remember her but when i see a romantic movie or any sad song i just want to feel her in my arms. Now i even don't try to go out and talk to other girls for dates or anything like this. I have this feeling that it will happen again. I want to talk to someone and fall in love again but when i try to do it in reality i just back-up.
If someone can help me to overcome this situation.

So it's been a tough day, especially this one. I have moved recently to a city where I grew up most of my life but it feels like I have no one here, I miss my college, my friends, everything. Most of my days are monotonous and absolutely lonely. I leave my room few times a day, to eat or just to change the space, I guess. Also, it might just be because of my loneliness, but I have developed a crush on this girl on instagram, who used to be in my school but I didn't know her that well, so I kinda tried to talk to her in the DMs, she was nice but I feel she is way out of my league, so again, I am gonna repress my feelings and won't ask her out. Well, that's about it, I know it's boring. 
Now that I look back at the day, it wasn't the worst, it was just the same as every other day since I have been here, it just felt worse.
