3am Thoughts

It's late so I should sleep...but I am unwilling to, for whatever reason. I feel tired too. Should probably just pop in a podcast and go to sleep, but my headphobes are out, so that's tough. I don't wanna worsen my sleep schedule.

I have a good friend of mine that isn't feeling really good lately. He often tells me that he doesn't know why he is living anymore and doesn't see a future in life. He also tells me that he thinks suicide is the lamest option that you can do. However i'm not sure if he would consider doing it one day, but i'm worried. I don't know how to comfort him anymore?

Mental Health

I miss my ex boyfriend. I don't know what to do. It's been a year since I saw him and I am the one who broke up with him because of all the family stress. But I miss him now, he was also wrong at places because he wasn't ready to understand me, took me for granted and was behaving like a child rather than understanding when I told him that I need some headspace because there's a lot of stress that I am into. Things got ugly, we talked back we broke up again, it continued like this.
But now when I remember everything it doesn't matter, I miss many things about him but I don't know if it is worth it. I just miss him I don't know what to do.
Will talking back to him be a good idea, will I look too desperate and I am doubtful he will start doing the same things again because he never bothers to contact me now also. 
I don't which situation I am in rn but I just want to talk with him once, it was all very immature whatever happened. 
Par mujhe aisa lagta nahi ki wo samjhega because till now he never contacted me if I don't initiate anything, it was like that in the relationship also. Although his friends hyped a lot how good of a person he is and how good he is as a boyfriend, but idk, something was not right and I don't know if I am being over needy but I just need some things which he never did. Is it good to be there with a person just because he is very nice and treats you good but you don't feel that something, you don't get that what you need emotionally and mentally. Is it fair to that person? Yehi sab dimag me chal raha tha ek saal pehle and I called it off. Not in a bad way, I took time to explain him all of my emotions but he just didn't understand, he doesn't get me. 
I just miss him rn because he behaved very good with me and treated me good unlike my family which has always abandoned me emotionally ever since I remember even as a child.


I just need someone to talk about all this because none of my friends will understand this

I am just done. I have a shitty roommate who is extremely jealous of my relationship. My boyfriend was recently accused of harassment out of spite, by a girl he had rejected because he was in a relationship with me. I am standing by him because I know much more about what actually happened and I trust my boyfriend's integrity. But my roommate and friends are hellbent on convincing me that I'm going crazy and all my valid points are labelled emotional talk. 
My roommate is trying to convince me to leave my boyfriend but I know better. I'll go crazy if I stay with these people. My boyfriend is facing severe consequences over these false allegations. He's being socially boycotted. His reputation is being ruined. I don't know what to do. I just want to live peacefully with him.
