Physical Health

I’m not really sure how this works but I needed a place to express my experience last night with my toxic family. I had a few friends round for some beers smoke a bit of pot and to play some video games and all my family came home really drunk and my anxiety hit the roof (I was very very high at this point) my step dad kept persisting me to play songs on Spotify and they were songs that were really making me panic, he was getting in my face every couple of seconds shouting the lyrics and made it clear not to skip them...I can’t remember what songs he kept asking to play but it really felt like he wanted to control me, my family don’t really understand my music taste and take hardly any interest in my life. I was getting so agitated and scared I got to a point where I snapped and just played Knocked Loose full volume, when counting worms was playing I had the best feeling I’ve ever felt in my life, I felt in control of everything and with my family all just sitting there watching me head bang and scream these lyrics I just can’t describe the sense of euphoria I felt.

I woke up this morning and now my anxiety is higher than ever, I’ve always struggled with mental health but dealt with it alone but today just seems so different, I feel no need to talk to anyone or do anything and I’m pretty scared to even face my family to be honest.

Sorry if that seemed dragged out but I just needed somewhere to get this off my chest.

Jab pehle se ek Banda hai jisse in ladkio ko pyar hota hai jab milte hi pata hai ke aage kuch ni hoga to itna milna kyu karti hain ye bhaav hi na de na. Ye milna saath baithna itni baatein share karna wo anjaane se haath laga dena. Kuch maayne nahin rakhta inke liye agle din zarurat padte hi koi aur aa jata hai. Aajkal ladkio ko dekh kar ye baat samajh aa gai ki pyar kya general courtesy bhi ni hai inke andar apne matlab se bass istemal karti hain sabko.

Anxiety

Hey. I am 19.I am sure I am a gay. But I have not come out to anyone. It is very suffocating now. Sometimes I go to depression by thinking how could I lead my life. I do not involve in a relationship with boys. Thinking about being single in my entire life making me to cry. Every other of my peers who are less intelligent,less attractive can love or can be loved but I can not do both. Everytime I see a couple in love I  think " I wish I had this life".but I am gay. I am homophobic. What can I do?

When my husband died I shut everyone off. I don’t want to let anyone in or even give love a chance only he was able to fully understand who and what I am from the inside out. And never made me feel less than anything. I loved him more than my own life and now I really don’t know what to do with my life since he is not here anymore. Life is just not the same anymore….. what’s the point of continuing
