The context matters as well though. Yes she talks about her ex, but what exactly, is it like oh he’s much better than you are or is it more like thank god I’m not with him, I’m happier with you. And if it troubles you so much, talk to her before jumping to conclusions and if you are not happy with what she says, then decide what to do.
