Self Love

Thanks to my old office colleague who brought back my confidence.
After talking to her I realised 90% of problems are in my head only 10% is external.
She reminded me I was and I am still a good programmer,I have the caliber.
I discussed with her my lonely and singled out feeling at my workplace and she told me its perfectly fine to be yourself and no need to overdo just to fit in the group.

like what do guys do when u have low self esteem and what to cope with that and try to focus in my cases my mind goes blank as if i dont know anything the thing i used to excel before i forget and feel tensed and dont know what to do like y is this brain fog what to do yaar it simpacting every point in my life in in the work i was supposed to get promoted due to low confidence and fear and low esteem i was not able to meet the target i used to excel before now am not even in top 10

Self Esteem

sometimes I have low esteem. one, my height is 5 feet and I'm only 110lbs. two, I'm getting older 38years my bones are fragile loosing calcium. I didn't take care of my bones all those years. three, I'm scared of having children bc I dont want to pass down my mental problems to people. 

I have sinned these passed 3 years and I'm scared of going to hell.

Feeling a little down
Just venting a lot about my feelings…and feel relieved…but coming down from anxiety is where I am at.
My low self esteem started in hs…being quiet a lot of guys found it easy to prey on…i didn’t let them…Hs is so critical. Until one guy who claimed he loved me had me on and off in hs and constantly being replaced by other girls was hurtful…til this day everyone says im pretty but don’t believe it.

From many years I just focused on studies and  i always wanted to do more things in life but never had the courage to anything. But today for the first time i joined NCC in college and now I am feeling so good. But i am a little scared. I know for some people it's seems silly but for me its a very big thing I did. I hope I will do more things like this to build  confidence in me🙂. 
Plzz give me some suggestions that how I can build self confidence and self esteem 😶
