I am really happy happy and focused in my career as well as my life. 
I had a best friend and due to many reasons we stopped talking since more than an year..
It was hard moving on with out her.. 

Some days memories of her comes and hit really hard. How to cope with this.. any ideas

Its like when i love someone they leave me i always try to make people happy but when i need them no one is there for me i am feeling like no one loves me and at this point i am scared to trust someone or to love someone 


I'm thankful for myself for surviving 2018, it's been a very different experience for me, and I will only say that it's been very difficult for me to handle a lot of things taking place in my life but I guess I have managed just well, and now I'm positive about myself. I feel more confident, more expressive, And more sure of my abilities. It feels good to know I've finally become stronger and not dependent on anyone else for my own happiness :))
