Body Positivity

The only person I used to talk with was my father, after he passed away it's really hard for me to communicate with my mother, eventhough I try my best to not turn the communication into argument, she does it anyway. It's so exhausted living like this, she just wants to control what I do, how I do. I know it is hard for her after my father but it isn't easy for me either, compromise can be done from both the sides, can't it now?

Anxiety

My Mom is a bit toxic and from her end she doesnt care about me.  Like even if i dont eat food she wont bother to ask me. When we go to buy groceries together if i want to buy something she completely ignores it. I dont know since 2- 3 years she has become like this. I am 28 year old and it feels bad people tell me grow up. But I guess when a mom does this its unexpected . This makes me feel sad and cry always.

3am Thoughts

Remember how a simple thing makes you pissed. Just like now, my mother unintentionally changed the keyboard layout/type. No matter hlw much I don't want to be pissed. The fact that itvwas changed and I can't figure out how to return it, pisses me off. Now that it's back now, I hate myself for getting pissed on small things just because she doesn't know everything ni matter hiw careful she might be.

Because I want someone to relate to right now. My mother just threw my fruit on the floor because I didnt place it in the right place in the fridge, and then she threw the sponge at me because my brother said I washed the dog bowl with it, which I did not. This was all accompanied by her screaming, and talking down to me . 

Family

I'm feeling really miserable like no one wants me. I hate the way I am. My mother is always scolding me. Like if I'm doing the pocha she's like you don't do it correctly and when I don't do it she's like you don't help me in doing chores. WTF. Once she asked me take off clothes from the balcony and I did and put the clothes on the chair as I was busy and later from nowhere she came and started yelling at me "you could've folded the clothes you just took off clothes and put it on the chair". If you wanted me to fold the clothes you could've told me. How I am supposed to know that you want me to fold the clothes. She always gives half instructions and when I do whatshe told she's still not satisfied and then she starts yelling. She's like what have you done bla bla. I did what you told.
