Recently I saw a picture of my ex with someone’s FB story. She broke up with me 5 month ago and I still spend my time thinking about her but I don’t think she miss me anymore.
I am so depressed. I don’t know what to do. Now I am crying a lot. There is huge tears comes into my eyes.

Your hurting yourself the more you think about her the sadder you become just try to understand she moved on and she doesn’t know what she lost and she’ll figure it out when it’s to late

What should I do now?
Try engaging yourself in a work maybe hobby that will keep you busy and distracted. Wake up every morning saying I will heal. Medication and yoga will help you recover within inside.
Soon you will understand that your happiness is within yourself.
Don’t you think you are spending your time and emotions on something that’s not helping you in any way? Should you be doing that? Instead of crying over her, try to make yourself a better person. Someone you admire, someone you aspire to be. A heartbeat is not the end of the world. Think of your memories together as something you’d cherish and move on as a more confident person in your life.
