Recently, I have realised that I keep forgetting small small things on a daily basis. I am 40, f, and a working professional but its hard for me to remember small details of work. Someone suggested me to start meditating, someone asked me to have suppliments. Not sure what to do.

Do you have any idea how much it can affect somebody, what youโ€™ve commented. Do you know what sheโ€™s going through? Maybe sheโ€™s already insecure about youโ€™ve written and you are fueling her insecurity. Should be ashamed of yourself. Stop bul lying people online

Itโ€™s normal maโ€™amโ€ฆit might happen quite frequently but doing meditation will definately help but it might take almost 5-6 months to see the results from my side I will also suggest you to do some exercise so that your body releases some sweat by this dopamine will be released in your brain which causes you to be happy.

Do you have kids? With age itโ€™s normal but to tackle this definitely meditation and good sleep, food and lifestyle matters

Well just make some small sticky notes, make a checklist or keep reminders in your mobile, or a diary handy with yourself it would help and donโ€™t download all thingโ€™s at once.
