Recently I had a fight with my girlfriend for being vulnerable… she said that I pushed her to edge by saying something I shouldn’t she then asked for some space…and being a little emotionally attached I couldn’t do that… and then again things went forward and we had few arguments untill she said to have a break…she told me that she doesn’t have much to offer bcoz of her mental situation not being good bcoz of her past relationships and her family abuse… she said that she wants to heal herself then decide on things……she said I did hurt her…
It’s her birthday next week and I kinda want to send her a gift but I clearly don’t know if I should or not…I honestly don’t know what to do need a piece of advice
Give the lady a break. Just wish her birthday. Gifts can be given later once you have both have a better understanding. Let her heal first.

The very same problem I’m facing right now is not able to learn to give SPACE. My boyfriend needs space because of his career issue and i can’t stop myself from texting or calling him every other day ! I don’t know how to keep up with the feeling of being neglected , ignored and my expectations.
Honestly I know she loves me but I clearly have no idea how to give her space but also I feel like it’s also avoidant attachment style … maybe your boyfriend has the same issue too
I don’t know about his issues , he never address them . But wants space as he can’t focus in relationship that much but he can’t stop talking and calling . So it’s like we do talk but only at times when he feels like talking . I guess the habit that we develope at the initial stages of relationship becomes an issue afterwards . Like initially we were so excited and happy that we use to chat or call quite frequently! All these stopped once he started working . Him , not giving me the similar attention makes me go crazy and sad . Idk what to do or how to feel . I guess it’s same with everyone
Yeah I get it it’s the same for everyone I feel like a clear communication of what you want from him might help… maybe you both compromise a little in some ways …I clearly feel like it’s all about how you both perceive the given circumstances…anyways all the best I hope your issue gets resolved

He doesn’t wish to communicate, everytime I raise an issue it’s just me talking , he listens quitely without uttering a word . I have tried communicating several times .seems like He 's confused as of now .
How’s your situation now? Well for me I think it’s pretty over ….she left without saying anything blocked me on text….got to know from one of her friends that’s she’s thinking of career and not coming back…so it’s over I think…

No ,we broke up. He isn’t interested anymore and can’t commit at this moment so we mutually broke up.
Some days back I found out that he was cheating on me since 2022. And the other girl was totally unaware of him being already committed to me. Lol he turned out to be a narcissist.
Ig an update for me soo… I still think about her almost everyday… I tried texting her back 2 weeks ago she didn’t replied seenzone I sent her a gift for her birthday which she again said nothing about …. But yeah I thought let’s try again so I did texted her again like 2-3 days back we did talk but it was very dry like just 2-3 text about knowing each other and stuff…
