Recently had a breakupā¦ multiple emotions coming and running around in mind and canāt focus on lifeā¦I think I am in depressionā¦it was really a bad time and I donāt know what the fuck to do.

Its completely fine to feel this way since you had a breakup.
Mixed emotions rush into your mind and everyone goes through it. It doesnāt mean you are into depression (please donāt consider this word as something just because you are feeling low, there are people out there who suffer from this and wish to overcome it).
Give yourself some time and let all the pain run through and deal with it rather than letting go and thinking it might get away because it doesnāt. Dealing with your emotions is the best thing to overcome something. :)
Yes progressing it and trying to forget it day by day but sometimes it goes severe and doesnāt feel goodā¦ everythingās messed up sometimes then again itās normal and the cycle continuesā¦can I connect with u on social platform if u donāt mind.

You donāt have to forget it, you need to deal with it in order to move forward. If you do the latter, you will feel better and not affected by it but the former will eat you from the inside.
