Reading the posts here literally makes me cry everyday . Does this app really help or deteriorate our emotional condition ?

I try to stop after first few lines but all these posts … They just add up to hurt
Your mind is trained to pick up what’s more relevant to you. If this app is giving you those hurtful signs maybe you’ll need to get off it for a bit. It’s not a guarantee you’ll not find those same things elsewhere unless you’re in peace with yourself.
It depends upon how much of it you take it into consideration and indulge into it in ya day-to-day life. Anything of excess is always harmful
Bhai aap kabhi mood acha karte ho kabhi you make it worse but its not your fault , its mine … Howi interpret those and what mood i am in at the moment
Remember life will run it’s course as it should be but how you take and live it is what matters afterall. On this open forum we all are sharing our own individual POV and not everyone’s views would fit into yours. So see, listen and learn. You are the best person to judge your capabilities and develop a positive vibes for yourself.

You don’t need to ready every story just read some story and yes don’t look at as negative one it’s just people are here to share their untold story that’s how they heal themself,
