Being grateful has been shown to create many emotional benefits. Specifically, gratitude can make us happier, reduce symptoms of depression, increase our resilience, improve our positivity ratio and our self-esteem.

This one year has taught me a lot.
On a personal level, 2019 has been a year of building confidence, self-growth, self-love, learning and acceptance for me❤️

Everything and everyone.

I feel like this year, I’ve gotten to know my real friends. There are only a few people you can genuinely talk to and luckily, I’ve realised who they are. Apart from that, I now have added respect for health care workers, delivery people, and police personnel, who are working and putting themselves at risk for our safety. Even though this year has started on a really bad note, there are so many things to be grateful for.
