Hii!
Everyone procrastinates and it is completely okay to do that. Even I do it sometimes. But just think ajj hogya, kal hogya, parso hogya, aur kitni baari karungi?
I have to stop this and start doing it right away. And slowly it becomes a habit!

Have you processed why are you feeling sad or what is that one thing which makes you feel this way? If not, try this - Sit with your emotions for just an hour. Maybe before sleeping or when no one is around. Let all the feelings rush into your brain and even if you don’t want to remember it or get irritated don’t stop. This is important. When you will get an answer you will be more than happy you think. Telling you from my own experiences. I do this all the time :)

make little goals for the day. or for an hour. try to achieve little goals first. reward yourself with something good to eat, a brisk walk, or by dancing on a random power packed song. this will help you do more work than usual.
