Depression

Hey everyone! I really need to talk otherwise I’ll lose my mind I’m going though a lot lately.
I want to stop obsessing about people and things i literally spend my whole day imagining scenarios with a boy who obviously don’t want me. I break down and cry my soul out if one awkward thing happens to me. I feel so fucking lonely and i have no one to talk to about the things that happens inside my mind.
All i ever asked for is literally one person who cares. I just can’t go through this loneliness anymore.
Every time i try to get my shit together and work on myself to love myself and accept my self and end up in my bed not wanting to do anything anymore because on one little thing.
I fought with mental health for years and for a while i thought it was over i was literally happy for like a year and now it’s back and all i have now is suicidal thoughts and fake scenarios.
I’m so sorry for the bad energy i just need to talk :’)     

How do u be not over sensitive, without bottling up your feelings and exploding? 

Anxiety

I'm just worried about how I'll move out of my house and live confidently.

Loss

There are so many things on my plate rn.. school, family, health but I just can’t keep up with it all. And when I try talking to my mom about it she just sais « u have to get through it/ the glass is half full… » which does not quite help… any thought on how to deal with feeling overwhelmed?

I know it's hard to move on 
I also know that I'm not the only one who's dealing with issues 
I know that everything is gonna be fine one day 
I know time will heal me 
But when will it happen 
When i will be happy again
I miss myself now
I was the guy who was doing well in life 
I helped people in their hard times
But now i can't even help myself 
The people who respected me before,
Laugh at me today 
I can't be happy anymore 
I don't think I've any friend left 
I've turned into a skinny guy 
Who was very fit and doing well in life 
My parents are worried about me 
I was an achiever 
Now i feel like I'm the biggest loser in this world 
In between this things my gf also left me 
She never understood what I'm going through
I can't get over her
I can't be happy
I'm not doing anything productive in life
I can't sleep 
I overthink a lot 
Feels like I'm ended
It feels like no one gives a shit about me 
I'm totally demotivated 
I can't control my emotions 
I just want to cry 
I don't know what to do 
It feels  like I'm dead

Does it really get better? Because I’m finding out that I’m mostly struggling and always sad.
