I lost control today, I said something which I regretted the moment it came out of my mouth, something which I meant... And it makes me wonder if I am really the person I think or if I am just hiding a cursed pathetic animal inside me... I don't want to forgive myself for what I said to her, I never meant it but it came out of my mouth.. I was stressed I had a lot in my mind I lost control, but it doesn't justify what I did.. if I can't control my emotions what's the point of pretending that I am the one in control... She knows I didn't mean it, she knows it better then I do but it doesn't change the fact that what I said was justified.. it can't be and I won't forgive myself for it

Today I saw a picture of kaku and his wife together, i just couldn't stop myself from crying.
And now I decided that I would drink tonigt, alone, I did a bit, and then stopped, because I decided that this is not the person who I want to be, I don't want to drown myself in alcohol because of him.
Is this an improvement?

Hey I need major help. I love my bf, we've been together for months. And he's helped me through really rough times. But idk there's just something really bugging me. I used to feel like he was the one for me, like there was nobody else in the world. But lately I've been having mixed feelings about it. He's really sweet, and nice. But sometimes he'll just leave without warning. He gets way too jealous when I hang out with my BFF and even talks bad about her. He doesn't like me hanging with anyone when he's not there. Idk what to do. I love him, I truly do. But there's something inside of me now that just really makes me want to take a break but I don't want to hurt him at all. I haven't been myself since we met, and I've become too dependent on him. I just need some time to be me again, but I really don't want to hurt him cuz I'm scared he'll hurt himself. And he means a lot to me. Help?
